I successfully used the HP print and scan doctor to fix a problem last week. The same error is happening again, but this time the HP print and scan doctor can do nothing because it says the printer is not connected. I've tried putting the usb cable in a different slot, re-starting the computer, turning the power on the printer off and on to no avail. Still not connected.

Hello I don't know why they blocked my videos and I don't know why they blocked my links to your information that technically shouldn't be blocked. Note: If this continues like this I will send you everything by private message and it will not be my fault but that of hp support that when they remove something almost never justify you why they remove it 😞
