Product: HP DeskJet 2725 All-in-One Printer

We got a new router that is a wifi 6. Our printer was connected to a 2.4. Any way to connect to the new router or should I try to get a dual band one?

Hi,

Thanks for using the HP Support Community.

 

Do a reset fort he printer and use HP Smart app to setup & connect printer to the new router.  These resources will b e useful:
