Product: HP ENVY 5646 e-All-in-One Printer

Hi,

Once again my printer has decided not to connect with my MacBook Air. I am running Ventura.

Last time this happened it just decided to work again of it's own accord a few days later spewing lots of cancelled printing out, but this time that hasn't happened.

It still works with both my children's MacBooks, and iPhones and Samsung phone so it is just my MacBook which is the problem. My children are not running Ventura.

I have tried HP smart, which just says it's offline when it is switched on and I can't find printer drivers as you end up back in HP Smart app again getting the same message. I have removed HP smart and reloaded it but still no help.

I am loathed to dump it and buy another when it clearly works. (I am sending everything to my children to print for me  but that isn't a viable solution in the long term.

Any thoughts gratefully received.
