Let me start by saying I will never purchase another HP product again, especially not a printer. They are more trouble than their worth. My issue now is my printer was working fine via my cable connected to the computer straight to the printer and I did this because we change internet providers to Starlink and I could not figure out how to connect it to WiFi. As I stated my printer was printing just fine and now its not. Went offline and I can get it back and all the HP Apps I have downloaded can't seem to find it either. I just wish someone could call me and walk me through fixing it.

You may need to reset the printer

Setup using smartphone

If no smartphone the WPS pushbutton method is described on page 56 of the users manual.

If this does not work you may need to access your modem and change the names of the bands so they have different names. Let me know if you need to do that.
