Printer is shown in preview but printer not found when  I print

Thank you for posting your query.

 

I understand that you are facing issues with the and it states that the printer not found. I would request you to please confirm if you are you connecting the printer via Wi‑Fi, USB, or Ethernet?

When you print the Network Configuration Page from the printer, does it show a valid IP address?

Does the printer respond if you try to print a test page directly from Windows/Mac settings (not from an app)?

Have you recently changed your router, Wi‑Fi password, or operating system updates?
