Product: HP page wide 4200
Operating System: Microsoft Windows Server 2016

HP printer shows port mismatch error and doesn't print when trying to access it on windows server 2016. All the jobs end up on hold. Ran the HP scan doctor and it says the port issue is fixed but it doesn't. When I give the print command, blue wheels moves for few seconds and then nothing happens. Other printers are working fine.
