HP OFFICEJET 8610 ALL IN ONE
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

The job goes to the printer, the printer shows that the job is being received, but nothing prints out.  When i check open queue the jobs are open.  At one point a message when i did a diagnostic test a message appeared saying there was an issue with the driver. I updated the driver, still not printing.  I can print test pages.  My last dianostic test showed, no problems, and yet, nothing prints... Yes the ink is fine, paper is loaded...  I am using wireless and yes the network is working.  I tried deleting the printer and installing, that doesnt work either...

Welcome to the HP Support Community!

Power resetting the printer and performing a clean reinstallation of HP Full-featured driver may resolve this issue. Let us try these steps:

Step 1: Reset the printer

1. With the printer turned on, disconnect the power cord from the rear of the printer.

2. Wait at least 60 seconds.

3. Reconnect the power cord to the rear of the printer.

4. Turn ON the printer, if it does not automatically turn on.

5. Wait until the printer is idle and silent before you proceed.

Step 2: Run HP Print and Scan doctor diagnostic tool

Click here to download the file

Once downloaded, make sure to run the file and select Fix printing

Try to print, if the issue persists, proceed to next step.

Step 3: Clean uninstallation of HP drivers

  1.  In Windows, search for and open Programs and features
  2.  Select your HP Printer
  3.  Select Uninstall
  4.  In Windows, search for and open Devices and printers
  5.  In the Devices and Printers windows look for your HP printer. If you see it listed right-click on it and choose ‘Delete’ or ‘Remove Device’
  6.  Open up the run command with the “Windows key + R” key combo.
  7.  Type printui.exe /s and click Ok. (Note: there is a space in between “printui.exe” and “/s”)
  8.  Click on the “Drivers” tab
  9.  Look for HP Printer driver. If you see it Click on it and click Remove at the bottom
  10.  Select Ok
  11.  Select Apply and Ok on the Print Server Properties windows
  12.  Close Devices and Printers, restart the computer.

Step 4: Click here to download the updated HP Full-featured driver

Once downloaded, make sure to run the file to start the installation

Let me know how this goes.
