Product: OfficeJet 4630 All-In-One printer
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I cannot seem to get my Printer to be recognized since the most recent update from Microsoft for my OS, Windows 10Pro 64bit version. Do you have ay updated software for an OfficeJet 4630 All-In-One?

To better assist you - 

 

1)Are you able to make copies using the printer?

2) What's the application you are trying to print from? 

3)Have you tried printing from a different application or devices? 

4)How is the printer connected to the device USB or wireless? 

5) Do you receive any error when printing?
