Microsoft Windows 11

I have an HP smart tank series 519, but when I connect it via bluetooth to my HP smart app, it shows as series 510, When the HP website tried to detect it, it showed up as the 519, and when I print the printer's info via the info button, it says that it is the 510, I dont know which ink to buy (it came with it) and support doesnt show up when I try to reach it.

Hi @IdoY, Shalom,

1. About the model number don´t worry, that is a generic number for Smart Tank 510.  All model numbers from the same family will show like that 510.

  • For example all model numbers from 515, 516, 517, 518 and 519 will be shown like Smart Tank 510, they are the same model family printers, don´t worry.

2.  About the Ink code number, just open the frontal door, then you can see the Ink code number in a white label.

  • Should look like the next image:

3.     Also if you check for Specifications for Smart Tank 519 the Ink code number
