Operating System: iOS

I connect my printer to the internet, the set up process stops at the last option. I didn’t use it for a few months and now it won’t work or allow me to reset since it’s not connected to my app

To assist better:

  • May I have the exact name of the model of the product? Refer to this document for steps to find the product details. Do not share your personal information such as serial, phone number, email ID, etc.
