Product: Surface Pro 4

When i download my printer it downloads as (scan only) and now I can' t print from my Surface Pro 4......

Welcome to the HP Support Community. I'd be happy to assist you.

 

Which version of the Operating system is installed on the PC?

Which model printer are you using?

 

Use HP Smart app to print from your Windows PC

Click here to download and know more about the app.

 

Alternatively, run HP Print and Scan Doctor to diagnose and fix any driver issue

Click here to download the file. Once downloaded, make sure to run the file to start the installation and click on 'Fix printing'.
