Product: Hp deskjet

Hi just bought hp deskjet 2600 all in one. I have it all set up but wen I go into the 123.hp app to print its bringing me to another app to download which is in Chinese n wont allow me 2 it says not for my region

I see that you have issues with the printer setup, refer to the link Setup your Printer for help.

 

For further assistance, share the screenshot of the error screen.
