To help you better, could you please elaborate on the issue you’re facing? For example:

  • Is the printer not powering on at all?
  • Is it powering on but not printing?
  • Are you seeing any error messages or blinking lights on the printer or on the screen?

Also, please share the exact HP printer model number. Once I have these details, I’ll be able to check the best troubleshooting steps and get you the right help as quickly as possible.
