Printer offline

My printer is online, but when i open HP Smart it show my old printer, and of cause that is offline. How do i remove the old printer?

Follow the steps mentioned below in sequence:

1. Open the HP Smart App and tap on the Printers tab > Select Forget this printer.

2. You will get a pop-up window with two buttons- Cancel and Forget Printer > Select Forget Printer

3. Now you'll see the add printer option on your HP Smart App. Ensure that your printer and the Mac are on the same network.

Click on the + symbol and follow the on-screen instructions to complete the setup.
