Printer offline

macOS Big Sur  11.1   (wireless)   Hp smart says printer is off line.   I can print from my Mac and iPad .  I can scan using Hp easy scan.  No problem in downloading and reinstalling HP smart, but still comes up offline.   Sounds like OS 11.1 compatibility issue even though there were no issues for the last 2 months

I reviewed your post and I understand that printer is not maintaining the wireless connection.

 

Don’t worry, I assure you I will try my best to get this sorted.

 

Are the printer and the Mac computer connected to the same network?

 

I recommend you follow the steps in the below article and check if it helps.
