Operating System: iOS

I got a new refurbished printer, downloaded the smart app and as the app asked, I tried to connect to the printer WiFi BUT it asking for a password which I don't have. Any ideas?

Don't worry as I'll be glad to help, however, to provide an accurate resolution, I need a few more details:

  • What's the Wi-Fi light status on the Printer(Blinking or Steady)? 

  • Could you share the screen where it's asking for the password?
