I'm using extension power board for all my printers because they do not on the same area where I sit and the whole room only has 2 (wall) power points.
You can use an extension cord, they sell may different lengths 1m to 10m or more

The current draw on that device is so low any quality extension cord will suffice. You will likely have trouble finding a replacement power cord much longer than the standard.
