Hi @kasahariprasad,
Welcome to the HP Support Community!
Thanks for reaching out about your query regarding your printer!
We're thrilled to have the opportunity to assist you and provide a solution.
Try these steps:
Check Ink Cartridges:
- Ensure that both the black and color ink cartridges have sufficient ink.
- Remove the cartridges and inspect if there is any protective tape left on the nozzles.
Run Printhead Cleaning:
- Use the HP Smart app or the printer software to clean the printhead. This process can clear out any blockages in the nozzles.
Printer Software Issues:
- Ensure that the printer software is properly installed and updated. You can download the latest software from the HP Support Website.
Print a Test Page:
- Try printing a test page from the printer’s control panel or through the HP Smart app to check if it's a software issue or a problem with the document you're trying to print.
Align the Printhead:
- Use the HP Smart app or printer software to align the printhead. Misalignment can sometimes cause printing issues.
Driver Update:
- Verify that you are using the latest printer driver. Visit the HP Support website to download the latest drivers for Windows 11.
Reinstall Printer:
- Remove the printer from your computer settings and reinstall it. Go to Settings > Devices > Printers & scanners, select your printer, and click Remove.
- Add the printer again by selecting Add a printer or scanner.
Check Printer Settings:
- Ensure that the correct paper size and type are selected in the printer settings.
- Check if there's an option in the printer preferences that might be set to print only using the color cartridge, which could result in blank pages if the color cartridge is empty.
Firmware Update:
- Check for any firmware updates available for your printer model on the HP Support website.
I hope this helps.
