To assist you better, could you please clarify a few details:

  • What happens when you try to print from the other laptop? 
    • Do you get any error message? If yes, what exactly does it say? 
    • Does the print job get stuck in the queue or disappear? 
  • What operating system is the other laptop using? 
    • Windows or Mac (and version if possible) 
  • Is the printer added on the second laptop? 
    • If yes, is it showing Online or Offline? 
  • Are both laptops connected to the same network (Wi-Fi)? 

 

Since the printer works from one laptop, it confirms:

  • The printer itself is functioning correctly 
  • The issue is likely related to the setup or driver on the second laptop

 

Once you share these details, we can provide the exact steps to resolve the issue quickly.
