Hi Guys,

 

Got Windows upgrade 1709 at xmas time and had the same problem with my HP 3330 deskjet printer not printing.

   

I followed your instructions  on how to fix and delete all printer entries and beauty now my printer works. It took me awhile but I got there. Now I'm a happy chappy.

 

It is a disgrace that Microsoft have updates with missing drivers etc that don't work.

 

Anyway a big thank you for all of your help and support with our printers.
