Printer problems

My printer prints a page on start up, then before each print I send and then on shut down. It prints the whole page of the following lines:

Get / DevMgmt/ProductConfigCap.xml HTTP/1.1

Host:

then

Get / DevMgmt/MediaHandlingDyn.xml HTTP/1.1

Host

then repeats the 2nd line until the end of the page

I understand that Printer has an issue.

May I know the Operating system using?

May I know the model number of the printer?
