Envy 6010e

We have an Envy 6010e and have printet for months with both original HP cartridges and not originals. 
During installation, I was aware NOT to accept the “HP+ Sign up” when the printer was installed.

Now we can’t print because the printeri show an error according to “not original” cartridges.

 

Last saturday I managed all in a sudden to uninstall printer and “HP smart”, and when I installed it again I could choose to use alternate cartridges by accept there was no warrany - and I accepted it, and we could print 👍

 

2 days later the printer show The same error again, and it’s very annoing not be able to print anymore.


Does anyone know what I’m going to do to solve it once and for all (my husband says; throw it away… 🙈).
