I have just upgraded my printer to HP Envy 6122e on a  3 mobile home wifi .

2 mobile phones and 2 tablets all connect and print remotely from printer.

HP Pavilion laptop and printer do not seem to talk to each other, but both connect to same router ok.

When trying to print from laptop, message keeps saying printer is offline (Excel spreadsheets). Tried all I can to no avail.

Can print via printer USB cable, but would prefer wireless connection. Bluetooth seems unsatiasfactory.

Any suggestions out there, please?  Do I need new drivers, or a hammer perhaps?  HELP.

This was a most helpful and informative reply that solved my problem. The video was great and easy to follow. I can hopefully throw away my hammer and paracetamol now!
