HP OfficeJet Pro 8715 All-in-One Printer
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have had this printer since 2019. I might have even replaced these cartridges once before. On needing to replace the cartridges again, I bought new from Amazon. Admittedly after a few months after purchase, I am installing the cartridges.

Printer is telling me not to use Setup cartridges.

They should be new cartridges as they are from Amazon, especially based on the price I paid.

Please advise on how to proceed.

Many thanks

Tiru2

Hi

Attached are pictures. I note their warranty expires 2020/12. So suspect I may need to get new cartridges.

Very annoyed as I bought these from Amazon.

Please send me your opinion on them.

Thanks
