I'm trying to install HP LaserJet Pro MFP 4103dw on a Windows Server 2022 Standard for a software that's installed there. I need to be able to print and scan directly on the server however i can only find the universal Printer driver to allow me to print on it, i cannot scan. I need the TWAIN drivers for the printer. The scanner driver available on the website run a setup that cannot run on Windows Server.

That is an exe setup. I need the actual files so that I can manually install it because as soon as I run the setup on the server it detects that the system is incompatible.

OK, first look here and see if you tried this server 2022 scan app

https://support.hp.com/us-en/drivers/swdetails/hp-laserjet-pro-mfp-4101-4104dw-fdn-fdw-printer-serie...

It is named version 63.8.6459-SJ0001

1 - Try running using that compatibility troubleshooter on the above app.  I assume server 2022 has something like this

2 - Use 7-zip to expand the .exe and extract the driver folder

Extract everything and have the device manager browse to the top folder and let it search for a driver.
