HP ENVY 5640 e-All-in-One Printer

In Settings the printer is set to Letter size.   (Paper available - as below)

HP Envy.png

Word, and the printer itself are set to A4.

When I print a document, that used to print onto labels, and fit perfectly, it no longer fits, and has squashed it up as if it's printing on letter size paper.  This is on a desktop computer.

Same printer on my laptop is showing A4 in settings and will print the document correctly.

This used to be fine, but now is not.  What has changed?  How do I change it back.  There is no option in Settings to change it/

I see that you are facing connectivity issues with HP Printer.

I suggest you install the driver and connect the printer to check if that fixes the issue.

I'd already tried removing and re-installing driver.

No change, still not correct.
