Hi @Shay91,
Welcome to HP Support Community.
Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.
To change the settings on your HP DeskJet 2622 All-in-One Printer and enlarge the printer font, follow these steps.
Changing Printer Settings
Access Printer Settings on Your Computer:
Windows:
- Open the Start menu and select Settings (gear icon).
- Click on Devices, then select Printers & Scanners.
- Find your HP DeskJet 2622, click on it, and then click Manage.
- Select Printing Preferences to adjust settings like paper size, quality, etc.
Mac:
- Click the Apple menu and select System Preferences.
- Click on Printers & Scanners.
- Select your HP DeskJet 2622 from the list on the left.
- Click Options & Supplies, then go to the Driver tab to adjust settings.
Using the Printer’s Control Panel:
- If your printer has a control panel with buttons, you can often navigate through the settings directly from the printer. Look for options like Setup, Tools, or Settings.
Enlarging the Printer Font
To enlarge the font size for printed documents:
Adjust Font Size in Document Editing Software:
- Open the document you want to print in your word processor (like Microsoft Word, Google Docs, etc.).
- Select the text you want to enlarge and change the font size from the toolbar.
Change Printing Preferences:
- In the Printing Preferences window (as outlined above), look for an option related to Page Layout or Quality settings.
- Some software might allow you to set scaling options, such as Fit to Page or Custom Scale, which can indirectly affect how text appears in printed documents.
Using HP Smart App:
- If you have the HP Smart app installed, you can also manage some settings and preferences directly through the app. Open the app, select your printer, and navigate to the settings.
Note:
- Always ensure that your printer driver is up to date to access all available settings.
- For specific documents, check if the software used to create the document has its own print settings, which may override the printer's default settings.
I hope this helps.
Take care and have a good day.
