Product: HP DeskJet 4130e All-in-One Printer
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

I keep getting error Error Code: OW_4XX_OWSWS00001 when trying to activate HP+ services. The printer is connected to WiFi and prints but it appears to have an issue connecting to the internet. I have followed the trouble shooter several times and this still fails to cure the issue. I work normal working hours so am not at home to  phone support as they are not available in the evenings, I regret buying this printer now.
