Hi @Pdv_9,

Welcome to HP Support Community.

Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.

The info light on your HP DeskJet 2752e usually indicates an issue that needs attention. Here’s how to troubleshoot it.

Check the Printer Display or HP Smart App

  • If you set up your printer using HP Smart, open the app to check for any error messages.
  • If there’s a blinking light pattern, note it and compare it with HP’s troubleshooting guide.

Check Ink Cartridges

  • Open the cartridge door and make sure both ink cartridges are properly installed.
  • If you recently installed new cartridges, remove and reseat them properly.
  • If there’s a cartridge issue, try cleaning the contacts or replacing the faulty one.

Check Paper and Print Queue

  • Ensure there is paper loaded correctly in the tray.
  • If a print job is stuck, clear the print queue:
    • On Windows: Control Panel → Devices & Printers → HP DeskJet 2752e → See what’s printing → Cancel all documents.
    • On Mac: System Settings → Printers & Scanners → HP DeskJet 2752e → Open Print Queue → Cancel jobs.

Restart the Printer

  • Turn off the printer, unplug it for 1-2 minutes, then plug it back in and turn it on.

Reset the Printer (if needed)

  • Press and hold the Wireless & Cancel buttons together for 5 seconds until the power button starts flashing.
  • Reconnect the printer to WiFi if needed.

I hope this helps.

Take care and have a good day.
