Printer setup only has Grayscale and Monocrome optins in set up, no option to set in color

Hello NBush,

It sounds like Windows is not detecting the correct driver for your device, and has instead utilized a Black and White only driver.

I've attached a link below to the print driver for this printer.
https://ftp.epson.com/drivers/ET2760_X64_26001_NA.exe

While you can update a driver without re-installing the machine, I would recommend you completely remove the printer, then reinstall it.

To remove the printer, open your control panel >  Printers and Scanners > Right click on the printer and click "Remove Device" (may say "Delete", often has the admin shield icon)

Then re-add the printer at the top of the page. The installer should confirm driver with a generic Epson print driver. Locate the "Have disk" option in the lower section of the tool and navigate to the driver's downloaded location to use it.

After install you should be fine  to print in color, but I would also recommend doing a computer restart just in case.
