Hi! I have an imac OS 26.0.1 and recently installed google fiber. I set up a 2.4 GHz account for my Smart Tank 5101 All in One printer as required. My imac and printer (solid blue internet light) both show connectivity but I cannot add printer to HP app or connect to airprint. I worked with both google and apple without success and was told by both to contact HP. I cannot find a tech support # to speak with a live agent and virtual chat is useless at this point. I can follow instructions easily but not tech savvy enough to go this alone. The printer is less than a year old and out of warranty. Paid tech support is almost the price of the printer. Can anyone offer any suggestions?

Well I resolved my issue. After reading thru posts I saw that the printer does not work on a Google guest network (2.4 GHz) despite HP manual instructions. After unplugging my router and extender I went back in and reconnected to my primary network again (was done multiple times over the past couple of days), shut down my printer then went back into my printer setup mode, and added printer. This finally worked without a hitch. I went thru this process many times with my computer tech support and Google Fiber over these past couple of days without success but somehow this time it just clicked in. Persistence pays. Thank you for listening.

Hello again: I just noticed Blue-Skies as my account name and I did not set this up recently. This was my old network name (no long in use) so I'm guessing my printer has retained the old network info? I am really lost with this - how do I access network setting for my printer?
