Product: HP Smart Tank 7002 All-in-One

I'm setting up this printer for the first time 

Followed all the setup steps. Once I filled the ink tanks and waited 30 second and reopen the top cover the printer carriage will not move to the center to install the ink  cartridge. Any advice what to do.
