Samsung ML-1660 Laser Printer
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Unable to access shared printer from my laptop.  Happened recently probably latest Windows update.  It says cannot connect to printer when it tries to get the driver.  Completely uninstalled software and drivers (printui /s) and reinstalled using latest downloaded driver and chose to share.  Can browse to the printer from the laptop to connect to the share but then it fails when trying to get the driver.  Printer is connected by USB.  My inkjet printer, also connected by USB still works fine so it is definitely specific to this printer driver.

If the printer is installed with a V4 driver you need to install the driver directly on the laptop and then connect to the share.

If the driver is installed it doesn't complain when adding the shared printer but it just hangs when trying to print.
