Product: HP Officejet j3680
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I need printer software in order to install printer Officejet j3680. When I use the software from support last updated 2014, I can only print but not scan. How can I get software that can print and scan?

Welcome to the HP Support Community. I'd be happy to assist you

 

Due to the current global COVID-19 situation, we're seeing an influx of customers coming in for support. We appreciate your patience.

 

We do not have compatible drivers for windows 10 for this particular printer.

 

 I'd suggest you try and download the HP Scan and capture to scan from the computer.

 

Or you can try scanning using windows fax and scan or paint.
