Product: Hp officejet 5212 all in one
Operating System: Microsoft Windows XP

I still have a computer operating Windows XP and I purchased a new printer, the officejet 5212 all in one.  The HP website does not offer software compatible with the XP operating system.  Is there anyway that I can set up this computer to print to this HP printer?  The printer is set up on my home network as is my computer using the XP operating system.

Hi,

For Windows XP, Service Pack 3 (32-bit only), download and install below drivers:

https://ftp.hp.com/pub/softlib/software13/printers/OJ5200/OJ5200_Basicx86_44.4.2678.exe

 

Be sure not to connect the printer till being asked for a USB connection.
