Printer software questiono--looking for software that is the same or very similar to the HP Pro 8620

This is an aged printer (10 years?) with fantastic scanning software.  I purchased a printer subsequently to this one that had an entirely different and HORRIBLE scanning software.

I'm trying to find a printer with the scanning software the same or very similar to the 8620.  This scanning software allows you to set the scanning parameters for all documents, but also allows fine-tuning on individual scan pages, so one page of a document could have a different contrast, for instance.

Does anyone have any idea of a current printer with scanning software that plays well?
