HP Envy Photo 7134
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Printer was locked by HP because it wasn't communicating with HP Ink.

Updated software on Windows 10 laptop and touchscreen on printer started an update, update started with a HP screen with 7 open circles, 4 circles turned blue than everything stops. Touchscreen is unresponsive so none of the scan doctor or troubleshooting or uninstall and reinstall on laptop recognise the printer which is connected by USB. Wireless has never worked.

I have tried switching off and unplugging the printer at mains and at back of printer. Same thing happens when I switch it back on. It has been like this for days.

I have extended warranty but the website says warranty has expired so no phone number for contact.

3) Enter the serial of your device.
