Our business printer gets frozen on this loading screen every time it starts up and doesn’t progress. We have tried unplugging it and letting it rest several times and even connecting an ethernet cable to ensure it had an internet connection. This is our second printer so we’d appreciate it if we didn't have to spend any more money trying to get our work done.
