HP envy 5055

My printer will turn on, but it stays stuck on the second loading bubble when it starts up. I've tried unplugging it on both ends for 60 seconds & plugging it back in, and it turns on and gets stuck on the loading screen again.

Hi @xkatheryn,

Welcome to the HP Support Community.

I'd like to help!

I see that your HP ENVY 5055 All-In-One Printer is stuck in the boot-up process.

Please follow the steps listed below to reset the unit.

1. With printer turned on, disconnect the power cord from the printer.
2. Unplug the power cord from the power source.
3. Wait 60 seconds.
4. Reconnect the power cord to a wall outlet and to the printer.
NOTE: HP recommends plugging the printer directly into a wall outlet.
5. Turn the printer on.

Hope this helps.
Take care and have a good day.
