I have been using this printer's APPS to scan to DRIVE successfully for 3 weeks. We connected 3 Google accounts and have been scanning and uploading documents daily. Today, none of our accounts were found on the printer. When we tried to reconnect by entering the "one-time code," the Google account says we have successfully connected. However, on the printer screen, we get an error message. "There was an internal processing error. Please retry or manually check the firmware updates." From what we can tell, the printer is up to date and nothing has changed in our Google accounts. What can we do?
