Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have an Envy Inspire 7955e printer. I've tried to connect wirelessly using my WiFi, but it won't connect. Using Settings within Windows can't find it. I used its IP address, but still can't be found. The HP Smart app won't find it, either. I can see that the blue light is solid and can see that it's connected to my WiFi. Restoring network settings didn't help at all. I also tried to connect with USB. Windows shows that it's connected when I look in the System Tray. However, Settings doesn't see it and the HP Smart app won't set it up with USB, either. A message on the printer says that setup is incomplete and to "Finish printer setup to enable printing". Previously, I was able to print using a WiFi connection from every computer on my network, but now I can't. Something is seriously wrong with this printer. How can I get it working again?
