Hi,

I bought an Envy 6032e printer.

The sticker on the lid stated, amongst other things, that the purchase included 1 year extra warranty.

My account only shows 1 year standard warranty.

How or who do I contact to correct this?

You might have to validate the warranty, follow the steps mentioned in this document to submit a dispute:- Click here
