I've got a new laptop that I'm trying to pair with my printer. Both are HP products. The printer shows as being connected to wifi. It's a wireless printer. On my laptop it shows as not connected (the wifi connection). When I try to connect it says my password is incorrect. I assume it's asking for the wifi password, but it says PW is wrong when I try it. Password isn't wrong, I can assure you of that. I've gone through the whole printer set up, driver downloads, etc. I've tried the printer PW and PIN, wifi PW and PIN. Created new accounts, etc. Nothing works. I'm not sure what else to do or try. Any ideas or suggestions?
