HP can't seem to help with this: printer will not print any document produced using Office 365. Drivers are up to date. Replaced the printer and had the same issue.  Forums seems to have this issue popping up frequently but no solutions from HP that I have seen except removing Office 365 and reloading it (tried that.)

Odd - especially if the issue is apparent after having replaced the printer.

The problem with having tried everything is that well, "everything" doesn't leave much room for a solution.

In general, you have likely seen everything I would offer.

For example,

➡️  Make sure the Full Feature Software is installed.

HP Easy Start Printer Setup Software

When asked, select / opt for the Full Driver

After the software is installed, Restart the computer and log in

➡️  If opening the document online or through a browser, try opening the document on the local machine.

Why?  Eliminates odd behavior resulting from browser or online tools.

➡️  Export the document to a PDF file and print that using Adobe Reader DC

Example

Manage Print Output with Print Preview_PDF_1FManage Print Output with Print Preview_PDF_1F

IF Nothing you do fixes it,

If the problem persists on different printers,

At some point, if you have not done so, you might consider reloading Windows.

Admittedly, this too, is in the "everything" list.

Reloading the Operating System has the added disadvantage that people don't like it.

Thanks very much for the help. It's baffled my IT department as well (for a while now)

I've been using the Adobe work around but I think you're right, next step might be reloading Windows.

Much appreciated and have a great day!

You are welcome.

If you have not actually tried it "all", then do poke at it a bit longer.

I don't use Office 365 (I have Office Professional installed on the local machine) - there is likely a great deal about Office 365 that escapes my notice.

What if?

After all else fails for "whatever" is stubborn, broken, misbehaving

AND

You are sure it should work, cooperate, behave itself,

Then ... Reload the OS.

At least with an IT department to do this, backups will be done and the task is not onerous for the user (you).

Stay Safe.
