Hi @Manrock54,

Welcome to the HP Support Community.

Thank you for posting your query. I will be glad to help you.

I hear your HP printer is experiencing a printing issue.

To fix this quickly, try these troubleshooting steps in order:

  1. Clear the Print Queue: Stuck documents often block others. Open your computer's "Printers & Scanners" menu, select your HP printer, and click "See what's printing." Right-click and cancel all pending or stalled documents.

  2. Hard Reset Devices: Turn off the printer, your computer, and your Wi-Fi router. Wait 60 seconds, turn the router on and let it connect, then turn on the computer and printer.

  3. Use the HP Diagnostic Tool: Run the HP Smart App and use its built-in Diagnose & Fix function.

  4. Check Network & USB Connections: Make sure your printer and computer are connected to the same Wi-Fi network. If using a USB cable, unplug it and plug it into a different port.

  5. Reinstall Drivers: If the issue persists, the printer driver may be corrupt. Remove the printer from your computer's settings completely and add it back again.

I hope this will help.

Take care and have a good day.

I'm an HP Employee.
