Product: HP ENVY 6032e All-in-One Printer

I have  been in frequent contact with HP.  After  hours of phone calls  I have  been told that the printer  cannot  be used  unless there  is WIFI a.  I use thia printer at various locations where  WIFI  is not  present.

 

I soecifically asked on purchase  if it worked  vua USB

 

It has printed  from USB  for some time  but  now I get an orange light  and all it will print  is an info sheet  saying  no wifi connection.

 

Surely this cannot be  the case  leaving me with an unuseable printer
