I have had this problem more than one time.  I am sick of it.  Please tell me how to fix it.  I need to print!!  I have contracts!!!!

I hear you, and I know how critical it is to get your contracts printed without delay. Let’s fix this HP OfficeJet Pro 9135e printing issue on your Windows 11 laptop step by step:

1. Restart Everything

  • Power off the printer, unplug it for 30 seconds, then plug it back in and turn it on.
  • Restart your laptop.
  • Make sure both are connected to the same Wi-Fi network.


2. Use HP Smart App


3. Try USB Connection (Temporary Bypass)

  • Connect the printer to your laptop via USB.
  • Windows should auto-detect and install drivers.
  • Print directly from Word or a PDF viewer.


🛠️ Permanent Fix Steps

1. Reset the Print Spooler

  • Press Win + R, type services.msc, press Enter.
  • Scroll to Print Spooler, right-click → Restart.


2. Remove and Reinstall the Printer


3. Update Printer Firmware


4. Run HP App
