Hi

I have a printer that works fine in colour with my children's laptops.  I can print colour print quality diagnostic pages from my new Acer computer.

However, when I tell it to print from Word/Internet etc in colour from my new Acer computer it ignores me and prints in black and white.

It's obviously a problem with my Acer computer but I can't find anything in the settings/preferences amiss.  I am asking it to print in colour, it just won't do it.

Many thanks for any suggestions

Hi,

Try following below specific version of the HP Print and Scan Doctor Utility by selecting your printer:

http://ftp.hp.com/pub/printers/hppsdr/patches/HPPSdr.exe

Be sure to restart your PC and allow the utility to complete the process, then check for any difference.

Try printing and check for any change, if the same remains try printing using the newly added print queue copy (Copy1) and check for any difference.
