Product: Deskjet plus 4155

Okay when I want to set up the printer instead of saying “deskjet plus 4155” it says “deskjet plus 4100” so it’s a totally different number . And it’s not connecting to my wifi the box says it’s for a 2gb and it’s asking for a 2.4gb .

The Deskjet Plus 4155 belongs to the Deskjet Plus 4100 series, they are the same.

 

Refer to the document Connect to a Wireless HP Printer for alternate connectivity methods.

 

If you still have issues, use the guided troubleshooter Troubleshooting | Wireless Printing Center for instruction to isolate and resolve the issue.
