My printer has been acting this way for heaven knows how long. I've tried everything I could, I called HP support, I plugged and unplugged, held the buttons down, nothing. I can't even reset it to factory settings because I can't access the printer web page. At this point, I just uninstalled the driver to try and reinstall it, but I cannot. How do I fix this? I have an HP DeskJet 2742e printer, serial number [Personal Information Removed].
